Shipping policy

Please check with your post office and refer to the link in the following to ensure you can receive postage mail and packages from the United States if ordering internationally. Times of arrival of all orders may be delayed due to COVID by the mail carriers, please be aware that these are estimated times.

 

General Shipping Information

We will try to ship out all purchases as soon as possible, however, please be aware that this is currently a one person operation.

Packages will be shipped within 48 hours unless stated otherwise such as a pre-order item that has a later shipment date. We will not hold orders for shipping, so please make sure your final purchase has all items you would like to include within the shipment. Items that are pre-ordered will ship out at a later date once the items arrive to our location. Please note that we will not be able to ship orders on United States national holidays or on Sundays due to post office closures. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing the order.

Lost or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages due to the carrier being unable to deliver our products. We do not have control over the carrier’s shipping time due to delays, delivery times and/or locations. If your package has not arrived to you within the estimated delivery time or the tracking has not updated, please file a case with the carrier that the package may have been lost. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

VAT and Customs Fees

UK and International customers may potentially be subject to additional fees such as VAT or their countries custom fees. We at The Nostalgic Cauldron are not responsible for any additional charges or fees such as VAT or customs fees and are not the responsible party to pay for said fees. All VAT and customs fees are to be paid by the customer. Please keep this in mind when ordering through our website. We also will not declare a lower amount on the customs invoice or declare your purchase as a gift since this is considered illegal, so please do not ask us to do this for you.
